Hi all- as the Lodge at Copperhead no longer does karaoke on Friday nights, we've moved the rehearsal (wedding party only) to 5 p.m. and the rehearsal dinner to 7:30 p.m. We thought these times might be more convenient for people who may be working Friday. I'll send an email to the people involved in addition to this post.

Hi all!

For those of you coming into town for the rehersal dinner Friday night, the time for the dinner has changed from 5 pm to 7:30 pm. The dinner will be a BBQ buffet of:

Grilled Breast of Chicken

Beef: USDA Choice Salt and Pepper Crusted Prime Rib with Au Jus
Chicken: Boneless Chicken Breast sauteed in butter with sun-dried tomatoes served over pasta
Fish: Fresh Pecan Encrusted Rainbow Trout

Accommodations Update

Hi all! I'd like to update everyone on the room and cabin availability so that you can make arrangements to stay on-site before everything fills up.

As of SEPTEMBER 30, there are two rooms left in the lodge itself. Each of these rooms has a queen bed and is $89 per night. You can read more information about the rooms by clicking here.


Occupied rooms include:
Bride's parents, sister and her husband, grandmother and aunt (father's side), aunt & uncle (father's side), matron-of-honor, friends of family
Groom's grandmother (mother's side) and aunt & uncle (mother's side) 
Wedding Officiant

THREE cabins remain; each cabin can accommodate up to four guests. Prices range from $129 per night for two people and no hot tub, to $189 per night for four people and a hot tub.
